Privacy Policy

Ostinato is built to respect your privacy. The short version: the app runs on your device, needs no account, and doesn’t collect personal data about you.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. Ostinato does not ask for your name, email, or any account. Your practice history, scores, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us or anyone else.

No tracking, no ads

Ostinato contains no third-party advertising and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share data — there is none to sell.

Analytics

The current version collects no analytics. If we later add analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it, any such data will be aggregate and non-identifying (it will never single you out), we will use it only to improve Ostinato, and we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details to describe exactly what is collected.

Purchases

If you unlock the full app, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, which is how “Restore Purchases” works.

Children

Ostinato is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and post the new version here.
